Both sets of knobs are new/unused One set inbox unopened/untouched. The other box has been opened. & is missing packing/mounting cardboard. See picture, The open box knob set is missing some of the brass finish where metal meets the glass. Does not affect the operation of this set. As can be seen in other picture, the glass knobs perfect condition. Knobs will be packed in bubble wrap before replacing in original packaging.
